What is the process of booking an event with you?
After filling out the inquiry form, I will coordinate a time to meet or talk with you via in person or call. During this meeting, we will discuss all of your flower needs for your event in order to work up a quote. After about a week maximum, I will send a quote including inspiration photos, color scheme, flower recipe, and an itemized quote. Following, we will correspond as needed to nail down exactly what you want for the event before the contract is signed.
What is due in order to book?
A 50% deposit is due to book. The remaining is due 30 days before the event.
Do you offer a DIY option?
For those brides or event coordinators who love DIY and may need to cut some of the cost I do offer some DIY options. I charge wholesale cost, materials, and some fees for processing. For pricing, reach out to me for a quote.
How long can I make changes before the wedding or event?
For weddings and events, anything can be added up to 30 days out from your event but once the contract is signed to book, we cannot drop below the contracted amount. If something needs to be changed, the funds would be reallocated toward another item. As for everyday and custom arrangements, you can make changes up to three weeks in advance. Following that timeframe the flowers are secured by the wholesaler and cannot be returned.
Where do you get your flowers?
Flowers are sourced from one local wholesaler and another nationwide. When possible and in season flowers are sourced from local flower farms as well.
Do you offer delivery for everyday arrangements?
Yes, I deliver locally in Greenwood, SC but will travel 10 miles at no extra charge. I will reach out to coordinate details for delivery. Shipping is not available at this time as details are still being worked out.
What if I don’t see an arrangement that I am looking for?
If you are looking to customize an arrangement (pick certain flowers, colors, etc.) fill out the inquiry form and I will reach out to work out the details of the arrangement.
How do I return vases and rental items?
I will coordinate a time to pick up or if preferred I have a local drop off on my porch. I will reach out to coordinate. Vases are not required to be returned for every day arrangements but are welcomed as Meadows Florals seeks to recycle when possible.
What is your refund policy for everyday and custom arrangements?
I am able to issue a refund up to three weeks before the date as after this time frame the flowers are secured by the wholesaler and are non-refundable. If something is a miss with the arrangement please do not hesitate to contact me and we will asses the situation and go from there.
